The patient portal can be used to message the office when you don't have time to call and to review your information.
To sign in, enter your email address as your username. The system will email you a validation code to this email address, which may take up to 30 minutes. The validation code will be your first password to log in and create your account.
To ensure the portal is set up properly, please send a message (top right corner) to advise the staff that you successfully logged in. These messages are checked frequently to assist you!
